  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Develop and implement best practices to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office software, and knowledge of KIWI system.
