Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience while developing, implementing, and overseeing a wealth management strategy that aligns with their individual goals and aspirations.
  • Leverage both internal and external resources to fulfill client requirements in areas such as Estate Planning, Tax Strategy, Investment Management, Risk Assessment, and Comprehensive Financial Planning.
  • Clearly communicate our unique value proposition to prospective clients, positioning the firm as their trusted financial partner.
  • Actively engage in community networking to strengthen connections.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with custodial retail branches in collaboration with the national team.
  • Lead a local service team, promoting strong collaboration to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction, with a steadfast commitment to outstanding service.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Certified Financial Planner designation and possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial or estate planning within a reputable financial services or wealth management firm.
  • Proficient in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
