About the Role

Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Client Partner, specializing in the Financial Services industry. This role will be responsible for managing global accounts and driving strategic partnerships within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Nurture Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with global accounts in the BFSI sector, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Expand the portfolio of services offered to clients, leveraging industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Lead cross-functional teams to execute client projects successfully, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Client Partner or similar role within the IT Services industry, with a strong understanding of the BFSI domain.
  • Consultative Skills: Ability to quickly gain client confidence and act as a consultative partner to key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Background in technology consulting, with expertise in infrastructure and data solutions preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges, think out of the box, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
