HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate physician's referral and patient's medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
- Perform patient tests, measurements, and evaluations to aid in establishing or revising specifics of treatment process.
- Plan and prepare a written treatment program based on evaluation of available patient information.
- Administer manual therapeutic exercises to improve or maintain muscle function.
- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in non-manual exercises and functional activities.
- Administer treatments involving application of physical agents such as light, heat, water, and electricity.
- Record patient treatment response and progress.
- Confer with physician and other health practitioners to integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of patient healthcare.
- Licensed physical therapist in the State of Washington.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy approved by the Council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Minimum two years of experience in a general hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center preferred.
