**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Green Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and resident laundry, as well as operating commercial laundry equipment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Sort and process laundry in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines
- Inspect and identify stained or damaged items, and follow proper procedures for stain removal and garment care
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, and assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Schedule includes working every other weekend and holidays as needed
