About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Event Staff to join our team at Chicagoland Speedway. As a Security Event Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a visible security presence to guests and employees
  • Greet all guests entering the facility and log their information
  • Perform building, gate, and property perimeter checks to ensure security and compliance
  • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas
  • Respond to emergencies and report incidents to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain a professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Neat and clean appearance and a positive attitude
