At Musco Sports Lighting, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembler - 2nd Shift Specialist to join our manufacturing team. As an Assembler - 2nd Shift Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Take direction to accomplish or exceed company goals relative to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Participate as an active team member by willingly responding to the need to maintain efficient workflow as directed.
  • Read production documents and drawings to perform assembly tasks per established processes.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures to produce product per specifications.
  • Identify inferior parts and notify Coordinator, Lead, or Quality.
  • Keep workstations and area clean and organized.
  • Perform packing tasks such as placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing the material in the boxes with the appropriate packing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills.
  • Proven good attendance record.

**Additional Information:**

Some overtime may be required.
