Hospitality Management Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Saint & Second. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
