At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk II to assist multiple departments with archive and office move preparations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare contract files for offsite archival by organizing and labeling file folders.
- Enter file folder details into an archival database to ensure accurate records.
- Prepare files for transportation by placing them into archive boxes and labeling each box.
- Compare contents of 3 CD archives and eliminate duplicates to create a comprehensive archive.
- Prepare CDs for transportation by placing them into 30-count boxes and then into master cartons.
- Record box numbers and master carton numbers for each CD into an Excel spreadsheet for future reference.
- Declutter and move prep by removing unnecessary items and preparing remaining items for relocation.
- High degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Maintain focus and steady pace while performing repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail following established procedures and critical thinking.
- Pleasant, flexible, and professional attitude.
- Prior experience in similar work is preferred.
- Ability to maneuver up to 100 lbs and lift 50 lbs up and/or down a flight of stairs.
- Sit for long periods of time keying data.
