Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Superintendent to oversee operations at our vibrant residential community. This role involves managing a variety of maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth apartment transitions in a dynamic setting. The position is full-time and includes on-call duties periodically.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing maintenance for residential properties
- Must reside on the premises
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable and punctual
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing appliance issues
- Implementing preventive maintenance strategies
- Assisting with the delivery of materials
Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities every few weeks
- Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour plus a rent-free apartment
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, and 401K
