Residential Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Superintendent to join our team at Troy Hills Village, a 752-unit garden-style apartment complex in Parsippany, NJ.

• Carry out various work orders and turn over apartments during business hours in a high-volume setting.
• Rotate being on-call for one week every five weeks for emergency work orders.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance as directed by the Head Superintendent.
• Assist with delivery of materials from vendors/contractors and move building materials in/out of apartments.
• Enter basement crawl spaces as needed for repairs and drive a golf cart around the 30-acre complex.

• At least two years of experience working as a handyman/superintendent in an apartment complex.
• Live on-site at the apartment community.
• Be courteous to all tenants and fellow co-workers.
• Be punctual and reliable.

• $12.00-$14.00 an hour (based on experience) PLUS rent-free apartment home (2 BDRM, 869 sqft, market value of $2,275 a month, heat and hot water included).
• Medical, dental, and 401K benefits after sixty days.
