Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving specialist at KW Property Management & Consulting. This role is responsible for receiving and processing packages, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and efficient receipt of packages, entering relevant information into the resident software.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of remodel applications, inspect units, and monitor construction progress.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the office, loading dock, and property entrance/exit.
  • Oversee contractor and delivery vehicle traffic to guarantee adherence to property standards.
  • Verify insurance certificates for compliance with building requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle inventory management tasks, including sorting, counting, packaging, labeling, insuring, unpacking, and logging shipments.
  • Identify and report any damaged or defective shipments to the supervisor or purchasing personnel.
  • Deliver packages to the Front Desk, securing authorized signatures when necessary.
  • Investigate lost shipments and facilitate the creation of proof of delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in departmental databases, generate reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement initiatives, and safety protocols.
  • Manage contractor registration, badge issuance, and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth contractor arrivals and unit access.
  • Liaise with the Management Office regarding elevator deposits for contractors and furniture deliveries.
