Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand your own business portfolio while participating in a comprehensive training program designed to enhance your market knowledge and transaction skills.
- Foster strong business relationships and utilize expert negotiation techniques to effectively market and sell properties on behalf of clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships through proactive networking and engagement.

- Prepare essential documentation, including Broker Opinion of Valuation and Offering Memorandums.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- A valid Philadelphia Real Estate Salesperson license or a commitment to obtain one.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate or professional sales.
- Proven leadership experience in educational or professional contexts is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- A commitment to providing timely and courteous service to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills.
