As a key player in the water treatment industry, NCH Corporation is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Consultant to drive our growth and support our commitment to excellence. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets within your designated territory.
- Provide tailored water treatment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct on-site assessments and service visits, ensuring optimal performance of water treatment systems.
- Document and report on sales activities, service calls, and customer interactions.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; a College Degree is preferred.
- Experience in water treatment, environmental health, or related fields is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating across various teams.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Physical capability to perform tasks in diverse environments, including HVAC and chemical handling.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000, exclusive of bonuses and commissions. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and performance. First-year earnings can range from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on individual success.
