Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the development of state-of-the-art infrared systems as the Configuration and Data Control Manager. This role involves refining, documenting, and communicating effective change control processes across various programs, from R&D to Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish change orders and prepare for change authorization.
  • Chair the Change Control Board and Process Change Screening Board, managing documentation and records.
  • Ensure customer requirements are implemented and review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with Configuration management policies.
  • Develop and direct the implementation of improved processes and methods to meet stakeholder and business needs.
