The Admissions Coordinator role at The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a meaningful impact in patient care.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating tour, application, and sales processes with clients, families, and referrers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, able to monitor statistics on potential client flow, pending and lost inquiries, denials, hospital discharges, and marketing information.
A successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with administrators and relevant staff to ensure effective admission, discharge, and transfer meetings.
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on location and experience.
