Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Red Sky Lighting LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive growth in the hazardous lighting segment on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the hazardous environment lighting segment.
  • Identify, target, and secure new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and developing strategic opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the hazardous lighting industry.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of the hazardous lighting sector, including sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading sales teams and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data for sales insights and strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop solutions based on customer needs and market conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the hazardous lighting or related industries.
