About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA Manager to oversee the delivery of services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of services, supervising caregiver staff, and serving as the primary point of contact for all client matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Mentor Field Staff: Provide training and guidance to our dedicated field staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • Participate in On-Call Schedule: Assist in the field as necessary and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure our clients receive the care they need.
  • Collaborate with Scheduler: Work with our scheduler to ensure that caregiving staff are matched to meet client needs and provide the highest quality care.
  • Conduct Employee Evaluations: Conduct regular evaluations of our staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate Client Services: Coordinate and facilitate services for our traditional clients, following their documented Plan of Care.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of client protected health information, employee information, and company proprietary information.
  • Lead Client Acquisition Events: Lead client acquisition events and admission visits to ensure our clients receive the care they need.
  • Monitor Client Service Quality: Proactively monitor client service quality and satisfaction through effective communication, visits, and charting review.
  • Manage Client Files: Create and maintain client files, both paper and digital, in compliance with company and State standards.
Requirements
  • CNA Certification: Must have a current Nursing Assistant Certified (CNA) certification.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in home care, preferably in a supervisory position.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory/Management experience is required.
  • Valid Certifications: Valid CPR & Food Handler's Card, Driver's License & Auto Insurance with reliable transportation, and COVID Vaccination.
  • Background Check: Must pass DSHS Background Check and Drug Test.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PC & Cell phones.
