About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at At Home Quality Care. As a part-time CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our private duty clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and socialization, engaging clients in mental stimulation and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Monitor client functioning and environment status, reporting changes to supervisors
  • Carry out tasks as outlined in each client's Plan of Care
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and errands
  • Initiate CPR and Basic First Aid as needed
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course approved by the State of Illinois
  • At least one year of experience in home health or hospice care
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Criminal Background Check with no disqualifying conditions
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Current/Continuous CPR and Basic First Aid certifications
