Job Title: SharePoint Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint expert to join our team at Epsilon. As a SharePoint expert, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support for SharePoint environments, ensuring operational stability and seamless integration with other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams and customers to design, create, and modify SharePoint pages, libraries, and workflows.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support for SharePoint environments.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint functionality, permissions, and customizations.
- Administer, maintain, and support SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Configure and deploy SharePoint systems, performing system testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct quality assurance for SharePoint assets, ensuring compliance with data security policies and government regulations.
- Lead functional testing of Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites, ensuring that forms, lists, and web parts function correctly.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that SharePoint environments are optimized for both business and cybersecurity needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and support.
- Hands-on experience with both front-end administration and back-end development of SharePoint.
- Expertise in SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft 365 environments, including migrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, InfoPath, and Nintex for workflow automation.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and .NET application development.
- Expertise in SharePoint architecture, web applications, and cloud services.
- Experience in enterprise systems, information lifecycle management, and data quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application within SharePoint environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft certifications such as MS 365 SharePoint Developer/Administrator, Microsoft Certified Power Platform Application Maker, or Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator.
- Proficiency in web accessibility.
- Experience in business/workflow analytics, risk-based contingency planning, and site recovery strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant Microsoft certification exams (e.g., MS-300, MS-301, PL-100, SC-400, AZ-303, MB-600).
