About the Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with adults with mental health and substance abuse issues in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Residential Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans, providing case management services, and teaching life skills. They will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate support team meetings and complete admission and discharge paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

We offer a competitive salary of $19.20 per hour, with an additional pay differential for evening shifts. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, MHA in Ulster County provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
