Job Summary:The ICU Staff Nurse Night Shift will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Current New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse.
- Basic Life Support Training.
- Infection Control Training.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
