POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in understanding and addressing the service requirements of our customers, guiding them towards a suitable program that meets their expectations. This position offers comprehensive training and continuous support, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with the potential for full-time advancement. There are numerous opportunities for growth within the Sales and Administrative departments.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

The Sales Associate will receive an hourly wage of $15.50, in addition to a commission structure that includes 50% upon the completion of a sale and the remaining 50% once the service has been fulfilled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with new inquiries to promote various services tailored to their needs (no cold calling required).
  • Reach out to current customers to enhance or renew their existing services.
  • Reconnect with previous prospects to explore opportunities for future service engagement.
  • Achieve or surpass the daily target for customer interactions.
  • Accurately input customer order details into the database.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls daily.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
