Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Form Builder/ Carpenter to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for constructing forms for the placement of concrete and structures, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Construct forms for concrete placement and structures
  2. Inspect forms during concrete placement
  3. Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete placement
  4. Install miscellaneous materials for concrete structures
  5. Install pre-cast concrete elements
  6. Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers
  7. Install permanent metal deck forms
  8. Operate hand tools and power tools
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  2. Ability to communicate effectively in English
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
  4. Physical stamina to perform strenuous activities
  5. Manual dexterity to handle tools and materials
  6. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
