Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage and report on project progress, including earned value management (EVM) data collection and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, users, and upper management to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum Interim Secret Clearance required.
  • Ability to travel as required to support program activities.
  • Position requires the flexibility to work on short notice, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet program challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance.
  • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 10% Travel will be required to support customer requirements.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Engineering or Operations knowledge is a plus.
  • Data network system knowledge is a plus.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and leadership acumen.
  • Working knowledge of system-level requirements, design practices, hardware specification, and development is desired.
  • Applicant will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
