Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufactured Housing Inspector to join our team in the Lubbock Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections and investigations to identify potential violations
• Prepare and submit detailed reports of findings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in the construction trades or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer complaint inspections, investigation, and/or compliance code enforcement
• Knowledge of structural, electrical, and plumbing aspects of manufactured housing
• Ability to speak and/or translate Spanish

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, hot and cold
