About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments according to accepted standards of nursing practice.
  • Develop a nursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan.
  • Participate in treatment team conferences to assist in planning and revising goals, objectives, and interventions.
  • Implement nursing plan of care for assigned patients and conduct group therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider, Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
