About the Job:

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and contribute to case management. The role emphasizes positive interactions with facilities and clients, fostering strong professional relationships to enhance patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to state Practice Act laws governing Physical Therapists and supervision of staff.
  • Review and comply with the Clinical Operations Policies and Procedures Manual annually.
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients needing physical therapy; document medical necessity clearly.
  • Maintain ongoing documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity, ensuring timely completion of all required forms (e.g., pre-certifications, daily notes).
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, physicians, patients, and third-party payers.
  • Attend facility meetings as directed by the Center Manager, including utilization review and disaster preparedness.

This position requires strong leadership skills to supervise assistants and aides effectively. Excellent organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving abilities are also essential. Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in clinical documentation and management reporting, are necessary.

We offer a $85,000 - $95,000 annual salary, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, vision/dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, dependent care assistance, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Up to $20,000 is available for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
