About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surveying services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction staking calculations and interpret CAD files to ensure accurate mapping deliverables.
  • Create boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions to support land development projects.
  • Post-process field data collected through various technologies, including total stations, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in construction staking calculations and CAD file interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
