About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing construction staking calculations, interpreting CAD files, and ensuring accurate mapping deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction staking calculations to ensure accurate mapping deliverables
  • Interpret CAD files to inform surveying and mapping activities
  • Create boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions
  • Post-process field data collected through various technologies such as total stations, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of construction staking calculations and CAD file interpretation
  • Ability to create accurate boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions
  • Experience with post-processing field data collected through various technologies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
