Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses, working as part of a team to identify key financial drivers and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements, utilizing industry-leading tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and consulting, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations, promoting our brand and values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
  • Major in Accounting or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally, with reliable modes of transportation.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience, with a strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
