About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing engineering support on off-shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support on off-shift operations
  • Work with CAD tools to create engineering blueprints using ASME Y14.5
  • Knowledge of forging/machining techniques and processes for manufacture
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Design/modify tooling in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop processes for manufacture
  • Interpret drawing and create processes to manufacture parts and tooling to engineering blueprints
  • Interpret manufacturing inspection data to ensure product meets engineering blueprints

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and MS Office
  • Associates degree in engineering/electrical/machining or equivalent
