Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders, to maintain project integrity.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
