Job Overview

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week with rotating shifts. The successful candidate will provide top-notch patient care and support services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The Patient Support Professional will work under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team to deliver personalized care to our patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing medication administration and starting IV fluids as ordered by physicians.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient information and vital signs.
  • Responding promptly to patient needs and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess a current LPN license and a High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED). Additionally, they must be able to obtain BLS certification prior to independently caring for patients.
