This role is responsible for providing expert support to the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost in managing CPRA requests, developing policy communications, and coordinating project activities.

Key Activities
  1. CPRA Request Management: Assess, prioritize, and manage CPRA requests, collaborating with the administrative director to ensure timely completion.
  2. Policy Development: Develop and coordinate policy communications, formulate strategies for education and enforcement, and provide analyses for complex budget, funding, financial, or academic data projects.
  3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with partners to coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and processes.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of lower-level analytical, research, and administrative staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of organizational-specific computer application programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
