We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant-Portfolio Management to support our team in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of portfolio management principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of portfolios, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Provide administrative support to the portfolio management team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
