Role Overview

As the Chief of People Technology Solutions, you will lead the strategy and execution of technology initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout their journey with Hashtagweb3. You will collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and team members to design and implement effective systems and processes that foster employee success.


Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the technology portfolio that supports the HR team at every stage of the employee journey.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term strategic plan for HR technology systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Transform the HR function into a strategic partner, integral to the overall success of the organization.
  • Lead a team dedicated to managing existing technology services and creating innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure technology aligns with reporting and data needs.
  • Implement security and compliance measures across all HR systems to protect sensitive information.
  • Work closely with HR leaders to align on short-term and long-term technology visions.
  • Support the HR team in planning and prioritizing initiatives with a focus on scalable and automated solutions.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical architecture with HR technology.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Experience managing global teams and collaborating with business partners.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience driving complex operational projects.
  • Ability to partner with security teams to design compliant solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and approach to achieving goals.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
