Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new selectors on the selection process.
  • Educate warehouse staff on safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct audits on pallets and operational tasks.
  • Assist in loading, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of loads.
  • Work collaboratively with the supervisor to manage desk operations as needed.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare compliance forms related to accidents and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate various safety reports and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Engage employees in safety training and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Warehouse Distribution.
  • At least 2 years of experience operating Double Electric Pallet Jacks.
  • 2 years of experience with Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklifts.
  • 2 years of experience using RF Scanners.
  • 2 years of selecting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a safety-focused role.
  • OSHA Certification for all material handling equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on safety.
