Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Merchandising: Restock and organize shelves, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking supplies and performing basic maintenance tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, including early morning shifts.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
