Soliant Education is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to support elementary students in a collaborative school district near Lino Lakes, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior during sessions to inform support plans.
  • Collaborate with the special education team and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans to address student needs.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
  • Associate degree or higher, or completion of the para exam.
