Job Summary

The Water Treatment Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of safety, health, environmental, and quality programs
  • Lead by example in creating a safe work environment
  • Supervise trained personnel on assigned shifts and coordinate water chemical analyses
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to water treatment, production, delivery, and maintenance
