We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Clare Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in the long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
