The Account Representative at PrideStaff is a key player in creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal, and external sales team members. This role involves ongoing communication and follow-ups as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, internal, and external sales team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Territory Support: Provide support to ISC Sales representatives in their designated territories.
- Order & Quote Management: Manage orders and quotes from start to finish, including issuing and reviewing quotes and order acknowledgements.
- Communication: Communicate order and shipping information, including ship date changes, backorders, split orders, and tracking information.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors regarding quotes and orders.
- Case Management: Create cases and provide follow-up throughout the process to resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Onboarding: Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth.
- 1-5 years of customer service or related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or coordinate with multiple teams.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
