About the Role:

The Supply Chain Sr. Associate will provide essential support to the New Albany Warehouse Team, focusing on tasks related to receiving, cycle counting, and shipping of raw materials and biopharmaceutical products.

This role necessitates strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), proficiency in operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), utilization of SAP EWM, precise documentation, calculation abilities, and physical tasks linked with large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and label incoming shipments of raw materials and biopharmaceutical products, verifying contents against accompanying documentation.
  • Organize materials for transportation and delivery.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Execute all transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements always.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to accomplish daily workload.
  • Identify and communicate operational issues and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to safety requirements and practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Sr. Associate will work as part of a team, with a division of labor between receiving, loading, and managing waste. The team will meet daily to review the workload and discuss any operational issues. The role involves training and development, with a focus on achieving full competency within 6-9 months.

Interview Process:

A single in-person interview will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
