About the Job

As a key member of our project team, you will support the project leads and managers in day-to-day efforts to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets. You will also assist with assigning project tasks, coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing meeting agendas.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Overview

Congruex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Construction team as a Project Coordinator. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Support project leads and managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Assist with assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
  • Maintain project documentation, including spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • In-field or in-office telecommunications engineering or construction experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Deadline-driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy.
