- Embedded Controls Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of embedded controls related to engine management systems, including knowledge of engine, turbo, and aftertreatment controls, as well as engine sensors and actuators.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Change Request Analysis: Analyze change requests and work with the team to implement solutions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities in test cells to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Engine OBD Experience: Possess good-to-have experience with engine OBD.
- Customer Interaction: Drive customer meetings and interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in software control systems engineering, embedded controls, and team leadership.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $78,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
- Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
- Work Schedule: 8-hour shift.
