Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the GI and Pain Clinic. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Pain Clinic and GI lab procedural areas, responsible for checking in patients, medical history, assisting with procedures, and providing instructions for follow-up.
  • Assist with recovery from GI procedures, some patients may be intubated. Start IVs as needed.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required
  • BLS certification required at hire and maintained
  • ACLS required within 6 months
About the Unit

The GI and Pain Clinic has 1 GI room (expansion coming soon) with an average of 5-9 patients per day. No on-call shifts. Excellent communication and teamwork within the clinic with no turnover.
