Customer Experience Management
- Maintains a customer-first mindset, ensuring all team members provide an engaging and authentic shopping experience.
- Addresses customer concerns in accordance with company policies, striving for positive resolutions.
- Keeps the store clean and organized, creating a safe and inviting environment for customers.
- Shares customer feedback with management to enhance overall service quality.
- Acts as a floor supervisor during non-peak hours to support team efficiency.

Operational Excellence
- Prioritizes and delegates tasks effectively to meet operational needs.
- Ensures compliance with visual merchandising standards and company directives.
- Drives efficiency in store processes and maintains merchandise presentation standards.
- Keeps the stockroom organized and ensures a safe working environment.

Accountability and Results Orientation
- Holds self and team accountable for achieving operational goals.
- Provides coaching and constructive feedback to Sales Associates.
- Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance to boost team morale.

Additional Duties
- Assists with opening and closing the store as needed.
- Takes on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Complies with all federal, state, and local labor regulations.

Qualifications:
- A strong passion for fashion and retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in math and computer usage.
- Previous retail experience is essential; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of operating a cash register and managing merchandise displays.
- Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
