Job Title: Clinical Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team at Appalachian Regional Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing clinical systems to meet the needs of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop clinical systems to meet the needs of our healthcare organization
  • Implement and maintain clinical systems, including EHRs and other healthcare software
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure successful implementation of clinical applications
  • Identify and resolve issues arising in clinical modules and overlapping departments
  • Develop expert departmental knowledge of EHR software features and capabilities
  • Attend meetings and training sessions conducted by MEDITECH personnel
  • Support change to departmental workflows and assist with testing 3rd party interfaces
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing or other clinical specialty required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous MEDITECH experience desired but not required
  • One (1) year of clinical experience in a healthcare environment minimum
  • Experience in healthcare information systems preferred
