Job Summary

Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is seeking a dedicated Seating Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with individually configured mobility products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) in completing CRT equipment assemblies, deliveries, fittings, and modifications to meet the functional goals and outcomes of our clients.
  • Assemble and deliver complex equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and troubleshooting product issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Support business accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and attending in-service training sessions.
  • Collaborate with ATPs and customers to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience.
  • Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening, organization, and priority setting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
